Nurtured in the mineral rich soils of Jiulongke (Nine Dragon Nest) Garden in the ancient Wuyi mountains, this Rou Gui (Cassia) varietal is from the heart of its authentic origin. The Wuyi mountains are a UNESCO World Heritage site and heavily protected, with only select areas allowed for tea production. It's within these deep canyon valleys that Mr. Jiang has been working with tea for over 40 years. Painstakingly crafting the highest quality oolong teas with only a small, but highly prized annual output of precious leaves.

The perfect cup
