Our dedicated team is operating as normal and are busy working around the clock. However due to the unprecedented situation, delivery times may take a little longer than usual – particularly with international orders.
Our carriers are following the latest government guidance to keep everyone safe and well.
We still offer a fast and efficient delivery service to the UK and worldwide. Find out below about all the delivery options available to you when placing orders on our website.
General
All delivery times are subject to placing your order before 2pm GMT Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 2pm GMT on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders placed on a UK public holiday, will be dispatched the next work day***
International Deliveries
We have partnered with Global-e, a third party service acting as your seller-on-record, so you can buy and ship your JING Tea products to over 100 destinations worldwide. When you buy your JING Tea products from Global-e, you will see that your payment method is charged by Global-e, and the purchase is subject to Global-e’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (which will be clearly presented in checkout before you place the order). You can contact Global-e at service@global-e.com
The following countries are not supported by Global-E and will be shipped directly by JING Tea as your merchant-of-record: Argentina, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Cape Verde, Chile, Cyprus, Egypt, Ethiopia, Greece, Guatemala, Hungary, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Madagascar, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mexico, Morocco, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Sint Maarten, Slovenia, Thailand, Tunisia, United States, Uzbekistan, Vietnam.
Unfortunately, due to recent regulatory changes, we are unable to deliver to Australia and Spain at this time.
Delivery to Ukraine, Belarus and Russia have all been temporarily suspended until further notice, due to the unfolding events in the area. We are closely monitoring the situation and will do all we can to resume delivery into the country as soon as possible.

For UK standard delivery, order by 19 December*
For UK next day delivery, order by 22 December
For International delivery, ordering 10 December**
* Royal Mail Strikes during December may adversely impact stated delivery windows. Our customer services team will support as much as possible through the industrial action.
** We advise International customers order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
