Organic Phoenix Duckshit

鸭屎香单枞乌龙茶

"This tea is grown in the Organic Gaoyuan garden where tea farmer Huang Shuwei nurtures his ‘duckshit’ tea bushes in the Phoenix mountains’ mineral-rich soils - allowing the leaves to develop layers of complex flavour. As the story goes, the intriguing name of this tea comes from a farmer who wished to stop his competitors from stealing his newly cultivated tea bushes, when asked what this new tea bush tasted of he said ""duckshit"" and the name stuck!"

To be classified one of my TOP choice

Great taste . However , I tend to use 2,5 gr per 250 ml.
And Heat Water at 95 degrees . With 4 gr for me , it is too strong... but excellent anyway , mostly as we can use it for a second & 3rd cup

    A very special oolong

The duck shit is legendary and this one is young and fresher than the usual aged ones but a real pleasure to drink. Highly recommended along with the Ai Lao raw puer 2020.
