The perfect cup
- Measure 3.5g or 2tsp per 250ml
- Heat water to 100°C
- Infuse tea for 3 minutes
- You can re-infuse this tea once
- VGWe found that one teaspoon of tea in our small teapot gave the desired taste and effect rather than 2 tea spoonsful which was too strong. Lovely colour and taste with one tsp.
