    Organic Dragon Well (Longjing)

    有机龙井绿茶

This batch of Organic Dragon Well is grown among the hills around Thousand Island Lake in Chun’an County of Hangzhou, Zhejiang – the authentic home for Dragon Well. It's here you’ll find tea maker Chen Qianhua tending to his organic garden surrounded by lush, green forest. In early spring, Chen picks the freshest buds and young leaves and expertly pan fires them to bring out a unique combination of refreshment and warmth with bright, spring-green flavours and notes of lightly roasted hazelnuts. Did you know, the name Dragon Well is a direct translation of the Mandarin name 'Long Jing', which refers to the myth of an ancient dragon that appears in the water of a well near to the site where this tea was first created!

      Remarkable quality

This tea has a wonderful depth of flavour and a generous yet gentle taste. It retains a good strength on it’s recommended third use. Outstanding quality.

Green tea with a lovely roast flavor

I am usually a Japanese green tea girl, that said i wanted to expand my green Tea horizon so here i am. This is a lovely gentle tea. The smell is very pleasant a bit floral. The taste is light but with a distinct roast flavor and you can taste some hazelnut a the back. I infuse it wit hot water the 2nd time so there is still enough flavor for my taste. The great thing about Jing Tea is that no matter what tea you try and if its your preferred tea or not, you always taste purity and quality which is key. Definitely will try another Green tea from China.

Smothe & creamy taste - best drink of the day!

I'm no tea expert, but I discovered Organic Dragon Well from Jing, some years ago and I've never looked back. My wife and I just love the taste, it's so smooth and creamy, also quite economical in use, as it can be re-infused several times. Best drink of the day!

      So good!

We have just returned to the UK after living in China for 15 years. My favourite tea is Longjing and have been looking for a good Longjing here in London. We have found the best here at Jing Tea, top quality tea and a reasonable price. Thanks Jing Tea!
