    Organic Matcha Ceremonial Grade

Our single cultivar Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha - ceremonial matcha - is produced in Kirishima, in the south of Japan's Kyushu island. The area is overlooked by Sakurajima, an active volcano which periodically covers the area in white ash, making the terroir superbly fertile. Each spring, small batches of Okumidori tea leaves are picked and stone-milled to order using the traditional Mikage method. This results in a fine matcha powder with vivid flavour and a vibrant green colour; a true testament to its supreme freshness. Discover more about ceremonial matcha.

      Perfectly smooth matcha

Jing matcha is definitely one of the best I’ve experienced with a smooth and creamy texture as well as an extremely clean and pure flavour. It’s my favourite to use for both hot tea and cold lattes, whisking easily; it also produces a lovely bright green colour and a little goes a long way. The perfect treat to start your morning the best way you can.

      Sweet & creamy

I loved it so much. It’s vibrant & full of life as you look at it & sip it. My niece & I cannot stop opening the lid to enjoy its scent. The taste is sweet & the texture is creamy & goes down easily.

      The best!

I've tried a good handful of matcha teas available in England and more abroad... This is, without the doubt, the loveliest. Vibrant in colour, soft in texture, beautiful to blend into water without lumps, and no bitter taste at all. It is entirely worth taking the time to show a little respect and care when you make your perfect matcha drink. Enjoy!
